Is ok to have a consumable iap for just pushing a view?

I want to have a consumable iap for just pushing a view that displays information someone might want to know, is that ok?

Sorry for the late reply.....

Yes, your scheme is consistent with the guidelines, IMHO.

You could have a consumable IAP of, for example, 100 'looks' for $1.99. The looks last until used (it's not a subscription). One look expires each time you look at the page.

It is also possible to have each 'look' last for 5 minutes once it is used. Again, if the user doesn't use a look it lasts forever but if they use a look then it lasts from that point for an additional 5 minutes.

Not sure what you mean 'just pushing a view'. A view has content...that's what you might charge for. Reader apps do that all the time.

You mean like hide & seek for the same info, hitting then with a fee each time they want to see it again?

What kind of information?
