How can i download IOS 18.2beta?

Observing 4K playback issues on tvOS 18. Encountering HTTP 416 (Range Not Satisfiable) errors when the player attempts to request byte ranges that are outside the available data on the server. This leads to fatal playback error resulting in the error CoreMediaErrorDomain error -12939 - HTTP 416: Requested Range Not Satisfiable Notably, there are no customizations or modifications to the standard AVPlayerViewController on tvOS player. AVPlayer is trying to request the resource of length equals 739 bytes with an invalid byte range (739-) request. Since the request is not satisfiable server returns with 416. Note this is only limited to tvOS 18 and we are trying to understand why AVPlayer is making this invalid request in tvOS 18 resulting in playback error.

I have been waiting a couple of days for access to image playground also. I wonder if having my VPN activated during my initial early access request right after I installed 18.2 somehow put me in some sort of loop that’s not allowing me to be granted access. Is there anyone that has been waiting that had their VPN on when they requested early access?

After I updated Siri doesn't work. If I try to use it by typing I get no feedback or response. If I say 'Siri' or hold down the side button the 'animation' on the screen starts but stops immediately and again I have no response or feedback. When turning off Apple Intelligence and just using Siri, it works perfectly. But in conjunction with Apple Intelligence, it is not possible to use Siri. IOS 18.2 Beta IPhone 15 pro Max

I updated 18.2 beta on my iPhone 16 Pro Max when it was first released. I requested access to Image Creation as well as Playground after the updated finished, but it still shows early access requested. Any idea on timeline for access?

I have two time machines one is a western digital and the other is a Q Nap that ever since I upgraded to Sequoia, I cannot use. It’s an NAS device and Macke says that I have to contact the manufacturer of the product. They’re too old for me to contact them. My MacBook is new and it was working up until I had upgraded to Sequoia so I’m just trying to find out if that is a software glitch or an OS glitch. It is happening on both Max that I have so this is begging me the question that it’s an iOS update causation. It just sits and spins at the Time Machine preparing to back up and that is all that it does the first time it backed up probably until 25% and now it’s just doing this preparing to back up. I also have tried to wipe out the shares on both NAS machines and deleted the the files within the share to set it up again, and it still does not work.

Obviously something either broke in the approval process or a bug appeared they pulled it for. Hopefully we get an update this week (might be another week). Integration with Memoji and Playground is a big part of our project. So hanging tight.

WhatsApp is automatically suffixing a number to the device name in the list of Linked devices shown in WhatsApp app settings. The suffixed number has no correlation to the actual number of linked devices at that time. For example, a number “2” is suffixed to the device name in list of Linked devices shown in WhatsApp, even though that computer/ device is the only one shown as a linked device. If we try to edit the device name to remove the suffixed digit, it does not move forward.  I think it has something to do with the restoration of chats from cloud, because the suffixing happens subsequent to the restoration of chats from cloud. Whatsapp does not respond to emails about this issue. Anyone else?

Hello! Has anyone else been unable to update from MacOS 15.1 to 15.2? I have set the update stream to Dev Beta 15.2 and when I check for updates it shows that there are no updates available and I am up to date on 15.1. I am on a 2024 M3 MBP. I submitted a feedback ticket but was wondering if others are experiencing this issue also.

I have made every effort to remove Microsoft Office from my M3 MacBook Air including clearing libraries. The App Store continues to list MS updates. I confess to having installed Sequoia 15.1 beta. My other computers, without beta software do not offer these updates. I have just downloaded the general distribution of Sequoia 15.1 which I hoped would fix the problem. It doesn't. I would appreciate any help please. App Store settings do not help. I cannot delete App Store in order to reinstall it. Thank you. Guy

I've tried the following solutions without success: Disabled ENABLE_USER_SCRIPT_SANDBOXING in Build Settings. Cleared and reset permissions on the Derived Data folder using chmod -R 777. Set a custom Derived Data location outside the default ~/Library/Developer folder. Reinstalled dependencies and cleared CocoaPods cache by running pod deintegrate and pod install. Granted Xcode full disk access in System Preferences > Security & Privacy. Despite these efforts, the issue persists. I've read that this may be related to stricter sandbox policies introduced in Sonoma and Xcode 15, but I’m wondering if there are any additional workarounds that have worked for others. If anyone has experienced and resolved this issue—or has any new insights on managing this with external dependencies like React Native and CocoaPods—I’d greatly appreciate your advice. I tried to select a picture in the timeline and zoom in/out but I don‘t have the magnify glass on the top right like I read in many discussions. What can I do to fix that? Hello, I am seeing some weird behavior regarding the new Passwords app. I have a m3 max macbook that work provides me with a company provided apple ID (granted I don't think there is any rigid management profile with this account it just blocks downloads from the app store). This is preferable to using my personal apple ID on company hardware to avoid sharing all my personal data and just login with my personal account for things I don't care if my company knows about, like my music preferences. So, the weird behavior I am seeing is after upgrading my work machine to the macOS Sequoia Public Beta and having only using my personal apple ID to sign into Apple Music. I start test driving the new Passwords app and notice that it has seemingly exported a handful of account info and passwords from my personal apple id to my company managed one. There appears to be no rhyme or reason as to the ones that were synced between the two accounts (it snagged my personal github account info and a couple of other random stuff like my Pokemon Go account info). Luckily these being made known to the company aren't harmful to me at all, but it is concerning. I have never even searched, let alone, login to the sites and apps that the Passwords app now magically has the context to. I also can't delete them on the work machine. The process of deleting them appears to work but the next time I open Passwords they reappear (despite having logged out of my personal apple ID from Apple Music soon after this occured). I just wanted to share and see if anyone else has also had a similar experience or any insight. Thanks for your time.
