Apple Developer Program – Account still Pending after 11 days (Order D009571392)
Hello Apple Developer Support Team and Community, I am writing to request urgent assistance regarding my Apple Developer Program enrollment, which has been stuck on "Pending" for 11 days with no update or response. 📋 My Details: • Order Number: D009571392 • Invoice Number: MC62612013 • Invoice Date: April 4, 2026 • Amount Charged: $99.00 (Credit Card confirmed) 📌 Current Situation: • Payment was successfully processed and charged to my card on April 4, 2026 • I received the Order Acknowledgement email from Apple Developer Relations • I received the official Apple Invoice (#MC62612013) • My developer.apple.com/account still shows "Pending" status with the message "Subscribe your membership" • I have contacted Apple Developer Support multiple times via the contact form but have received no response whatsoever ✅ What I have already verified: • Two-Factor Authentication is enabled on my Apple ID • I have checked my spam/junk folder daily – no additional emails from Apple • I am NOT clicking "Complete your purchase" again to avoid being charged twice This delay is blocking my development work entirely. I cannot access App Store Connect, create certificates, or use any Developer Program features. Could someone from the Apple Developer team please investigate and manually activate my membership? I am happy to provide any additional documentation required. Thank you very much for your help. Adel Aidoudi

Developer program enrollement issue
Greetings Folks, I have an issue enrolling into developer program, and im not sure if its in state of stale or i just need to wait longer? I started enrolling my private email instead of organization email as apple id, but then i stopped the process on private and continued on organization email. I have received an email on private mail to upload documents, where i responded that i have switched to company email ID. Short after i am receiving an email on new ID email to upload documents verifying its Me and company i registered. When clicking on that link and logging in to actually do that, it says Account is not authorized to upload. Now i wrote to customer support week ago regarding this issue, and there still haven't been any progress or responses. Hence my post here, looking for similar problems some of you might have had and how did you solve it? I am sorry in advanced if this isn't correct thread to post this topic. Cheers, Luka

Apple Developer enrollment taking 6+ weeks
Hi everyone, I'm at the six-week mark of my Apple Developer Program enrollment and feeling pretty stuck. I wanted to post here to see if anyone else has been through something similar — and, hopefully, to get some guidance on what to do next. Six weeks since I submitted my enrollment application. Zero email updates from Apple at any point during this time — no acknowledgment, no status change, nothing. I called Apple Developer support about two weeks ago. The representative told me that additional documents had been requested and submitted on my behalf. That was promising — but since then, complete silence. I have heard nothing further in the two weeks since that call. I understand there can be legitimate delays, especially for organizations or businesses going through identity verification. But six weeks without any proactive communication feels excessive, and it's making it difficult to plan any development work or App Store submissions. Has anyone else experienced a timeline like this? Any insight from folks who've been through a lengthy enrollment would be really appreciated. At this point I'm not sure if I should keep waiting, call again, or try something else entirely. Thanks in advance.

Help: Wrong Apple Developer Program Choice While Enrollment Is Processing
Hi everyone, I’m looking for advice regarding an Apple Developer Program enrollment issue. I recently submitted an enrollment request, which is currently still “processing.” However, I realized afterward that I selected the wrong enrollment option for my intended use (internal distribution). I have not completed the payment yet, and I’ve already contacted Apple Developer Support requesting to update or cancel the enrollment so I can choose the correct program but I haven’t received a response yet. Has anyone experienced something similar? Can Apple modify the enrollment before payment? Or is it better to just wait and let it expire, then reapply? Any guidance or shared experiences would be really helpful. Thanks in advance!

Trying to renew apple developer account after 2 years expiration
I recently renewed my Apple Developer account after a 2-year expiration and updated my payment details. I also received the new license agreement and accepted it. However, my account is still not marked as active, and I’m currently unable to deploy my app via TestFlight. I have already tried contacting support via email and phone but have not received a response yet. This issue is blocking our development and release process. Could you please advise on how to resolve this or escalate the case? Thank you in advance for your support.

Apple Developer Enrolment Issue
Hi, I've been trying to enrol for over a month and I keep bumping into a generic error message that doesn't really tell me what's wrong. I contacted support multiple times, also no response. This is very frustrating. Can someone look into my account and tell me what's wrong? I recently moved from the UK to the US but I already updated my profile with a US address, phone number and bank account so I'm not sure what the issue is.

No reply to my request to turn individual account to an organizational account
I've been trying for two weeks not to change my personal developer account to an organizational account, but I get zero replies from apple. I've tried through the developer site, I've tried through email, but I never get any response back. This is now blocking my app publishing, which is potentially hurting revenue... Anybody an idea how I can get a response?

Apple developer PAID but NOT ACTIVE yet
Hi, I purchased the Apple Developer subscription yesterday and the payment has already been successfully processed. However, my account is still not showing as active. Given that the payment has been completed, I would expect the activation to be reflected by now. This delay is impacting my ability to proceed with development and deployment, so I need clarification on what is causing the issue. Please review my account status as soon as possible and let me know: • If there is any pending verification or required action on my end • The reason for the delay in activation • The expected timeframe for the subscription to become active I would appreciate a prompt resolution to this matter. Thank you.

Developer Program Enrollment
Trying to enroll in developer program in Korea. Foreigner resident with a visa and Korean Alien Registration Card and Korean Driver’s license, however, I am unable to complete verification as it doesn’t accept my passport (Canadian) or my Korean issued ID cards. Tried both the mobile app and through the web with no luck. Tried changing my Apple ID name to all caps etc. Now the app says I am ineligible to enroll through the app. I have a support ticket in but it seems like CS takes forever to respond. Any other avenues to contact support or resolve this? Thank you!

Waiting to get accepted for my business developer account
I’ve been waiting to get my business developer account approved and it is taking a long time. Is Apple just really backed up right now? It is actually taking longer for me to get approval than actually building the app. 🤣 I still can’t get into App Store Connect because of this. So I’m really hindered with progress until this is resolved.

Unable to proceed with Apple Developer Program enrollment (incorrect address, form stuck)
Hi everyone, I started enrolling in the Apple Developer Program but accidentally entered an incorrect address during the process. Now the enrollment form seems to be stuck/cached, and I’m unable to proceed or correct the information. I’ve already contacted Apple Developer Support and requested a reset, but haven’t received a response yet (it’s been several business days). This issue is completely blocking my enrollment. Has anyone experienced something similar? Is there any way to reset the enrollment process or update the information from my side? Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Apple Developer Program Enrollment Stuck: "Your enrollment is being processed" for Weeks – Widespread Issue in 2026
Fellow Apple Developers and Apple Developer Support Team, If you’re seeing the message **“Your enrollment is being processed. Your enrollment ID is **” for weeks (or longer) with no updates, no follow-up emails, and no access to App Store Connect, you are not alone. I’m posting this in the hope of helping everyone experiencing the same frustrating delay and giving Apple a clear, visible signal that this is impacting real developers right now. My Situation (and Why It Matters) I submitted my Apple Developer Program enrollment several weeks ago, completed payment successfully, and have since sent two support emails requesting an update. The status remains unchanged. Meanwhile, my app is already live and performing well on Google Play. I’m ready to submit the iOS version, but I cannot even reach TestFlight or App Store Connect because the enrollment is still “processing.” Like many of you, I’ve read dozens of identical threads here on the forums and on Reddit in the past month alone—individual enrollments, organization enrollments, renewals— all stuck in the exact same state far beyond Apple’s published timelines. What We Know (Grounded in Apple’s Own Guidance and Community Reports) Apple’s official enrollment help page states that after purchase you should receive confirmation within 24–48 hours and that processing may involve verification of legal name, contact details, and (for organizations) D-U-N-S number or other business documents. If any information doesn’t match exactly (even a minor formatting issue with your legal name), Apple may request government-issued photo ID, which can add time. In practice, however, many developers in early 2026 are reporting waits of 2–7+ weeks with zero communication. There are currently no official Apple news posts, system-status alerts, or blog updates from the past month that directly acknowledge a backlog or explain the extended processing times. The Apple System Status page simply shows “Program Enrollment and Renewals – Available,” which doesn’t reflect the real-world experience we’re all seeing. Practical Steps You Can Take Right Now While we wait for Apple to respond, here are the constructive actions that have helped some developers move forward (or at least get clarity): Double-check every detail in your enrollment --Legal first/last name must exactly match your government ID (no nicknames, company names, or abbreviations). --Ensure the Apple ID email and contact phone are current and reachable. --For organizations: confirm your D-U-N-S number is active and correctly linked. Submit a fresh support request via the Apple Developer Contact form (even if you’ve already sent one) and reference your exact Enrollment ID. In the “Notes” field, politely include: --Date of purchase --Confirmation that payment cleared --That you have already followed up X times with no response --Business impact (e.g., app ready on Google Play, users waiting for iOS version) If you have an existing paid membership or previous apps, try renewing or accessing via that account first—it sometimes bypasses the stuck flow. Document everything (screenshots of the status page, payment receipts, support case IDs). This helps if escalation becomes necessary. For those also facing App Review/TestFlight delays once enrolled: note that even after enrollment clears, the first external TestFlight build triggers a beta review, and the final App Store submission still requires full review. There is no supported way to bypass TestFlight or direct-submit to the App Store—every public build goes through Apple’s review pipeline. Many of us are using high version numbers for ongoing TestFlight testing while the production version waits for approval. These steps are not a guarantee, but they keep your case visible and reduce the chance of a preventable administrative hold. Call to Action To everyone reading this: If you’re in the same situation, please reply below with your approximate wait time, whether it’s an individual or organization enrollment, and your region. Let’s create a clear picture of the scale of this issue so Apple can see the impact. To the Apple Developer Support and Program teams: We understand verifications take time and that you handle high volume, but weeks of silence after payment and two support requests is causing real business harm. A status update, even a general acknowledgment of current processing times, would be enormously helpful. I commit to updating this thread the moment my enrollment moves or I receive any communication from you. Thank you for reading, and thank you in advance to Apple for any assistance you can provide. Let’s get every legitimate developer into the ecosystem so we can focus on building great apps for users. I will update this post as soon as I have any progress. —Merek, Founder WRENCH: Pocket Mechanic

Apple Developer Subscription Bug. Unacceptable
I have now paid $300 over 2 weeks to enroll in Apple developer. I have spoken with Apple customer support and they state that they can’t help and that it is the delinquent Apple developer support team that has the enrollment bugged. They are not responded to contact. Resolve this issue for me and others ASAP.
