I've been contacting Apple Developer support for over 3 weeks now regarding new agreement that is not visible anywhere in account and no option to accept it either. Submitted ticket twice but no response at all. All they have to say is "Thank you for contacting us. We’ve received your support request and will get back to you as soon as possible. Your case ID is 102320028158. If you have any additional information you’d like to provide or would like a status update on your case, please reply back to this email."

Next hour rain data for the last 12 hours for United Kingdom is not loading.
Initially, I had some issues enrolling in the individual Apple developer program. Then, I contacted support via email, and they finally requested that I verify my identity. I submitted my national ID for verification and then received an email stating that my identity was verified. After that, I tried to enroll in the Apple developer program, but the issue persisted even after they instructed me to proceed. Subsequently, I received an email stating that my identity was not verified. Here is the exact wording from the email: "We can’t verify your identity with the Apple Developer app or provide further assistance with the Apple Account for Apple developer programs." After that, I tried to reach support several times, but there has been no response from them.

I am experiencing a critical issue with the IOS Development Portal where certificates are being created under the incorrect Team ID despite being logged into the correct team context. in the Portal also in Xcode.
I am logged into the Apple Developer Portal under "Company LLC (Team ID: 12345678)"
However, when creating "Apple Development" certificates through the portal, they are being assigned Team ID "987654321" (my personal developer account)
This occurs even when explicitly creating certificates from within the Company LLC team context. Also the same if i create the IOS Development in Xcode as well. This is preventing me from Archive my app in Xcode so i can upload the new version in the App Store. Please Help. Thank you in advance.
Despite following all the support information and YouTube tutorials I cannot get my AirPods Pro 2 to take the OS 26 beta firmware. My iPhone 14 Pro Max showed the option once now it does not give me the option. I get it on my Mac mini (M2). It still doesn't update.

my apple dev membership expired, I can’t change anything so I went to support, case number 102637543521. They said it’s because I moved to a different country. I emailed them my proof of address then they stopped replying. Then I tried to start new support requests but nothing came back, I think I might be flagged by the system.

Hello all. I am currently working on a bug that has recently grown due to the beta release of iOS 18.4. I am unable to reproduce the crash at the moment; however, given that the bug is mostly exclusive to 18.4, I was wondering if this is a known issue or one specific to my app?

We are struggling with a case creating the accounts for a company from Serbia and Croatia.
The specific issue we are facing with these two accounts is that the enrollment is accepted without any problems. However, it is worth noting that during the registration of the Serbian account, Apple requested personal documentation from the account holder. Once the documentation was provided, the enrollment was successfully completed.
However, when it comes to making the subscription payment, the transaction does not process correctly. We have tried making the payment from different devices and using various payment methods, but in all cases, we have been unable to activate the account.
We always consider Apple's 48-hour processing time for payments, but after that period, we receive no information—neither account activation nor payment rejection.
When we contacted Apple Support to explain our case, the only solution they provided was to cancel the Apple Developer enrollment and start the entire process again. However, even after doing this, the client is still unable to activate their account.
Hope that someone that faced the same issue can help with this as Apple support won't give us more information about which can be the problem.

How to report a bug says "With Feedback Assistant available on iPhone, iPad, Mac, and the web, it’s easy to report issues you encounter". The Feedback Assistant User Guide says "Tell Apple about your experience with beta or seed releases". Is Feedback Assistant only intended for reporting bugs in beta software?
A year ago I reported a bug in Xcode 14 and now I'm being asked to verify this issue with Xcode 16 Beta 3. I'm not a beta tester and I don't want to install beta software. How should I proceed?
I Got The Developer Beta For iOS AND iPadOS 26. On my main devices because im poor and cant buy another one.

I've signed up for the UK developer program since during application all it asked for was my address, nowhere did it ask about my nationality. But I am not a UK citizen and the W-8BEN form is locked to UK as a citizen/region and I have to swear that all is truthful to submit it. What am I supposed to do?

Hello, it's been about a month since I haven't had access to the application part of my App Store Connect account. When I try to access it, I'm asked to provide my documents, which is what I naturally did, but each time there are errors that come out and when I contacted Apple about these errors, they asked me to clear the cache of my connection browser and try again, which is what I naturally did, but the same error persists. Then they asked me to send them the "har" file from my Safari browser, which is what I did, then a few days later they made me understand that the problem is resolved. I went to check and I saw that the problem is still not resolved. I finished the cache and the problem is still not resolved, so I tried with other browsers, it's the same problem. I tried with other devices too, it's the same problem, so I contacted them again to tell them that the problem is still not resolved and from him since then no answers. If someone can help me please

Hi everyone,
I’m trying to enroll in the Apple Developer Program, but every time I scan my ID, I get this error:
“Unable to Send Information – Your information could not be sent due to a connection error.”
I’ve tried different networks, devices, and browsers. I also asked several friends—both inside and outside the country—to try, and they all faced the same issue.
I contacted Apple Developer Support, but the experience was frustrating:
• Long wait times on the phone
• No real solutions beyond basic troubleshooting
• No explanation for the issue—just “Everything looks fine on our end.”
This seems like a widespread issue. Has anyone found a fix? Also, Apple really needs to improve their Developer Support.
