My Apple Developer Program membership expired on 15 April. I've been unable to renew through any of the standard routes: The account page at developer.apple.com shows no renewal option, just the expiry notice The Developer app on iPhone, iPad, and Mac shows no Renew button Going to the enrol page returns: "Sorry, you can't enrol at this time. Your Apple Account is already associated with the Account Holder of a membership." So the account is expired but still flagged as having an active membership, meaning neither the renewal nor the re-enrol path works. I've raised a support ticket (Friday 18 April), attempted three phone calls with no success, and the callback system is now returning an error when I try to book a slot. Has anyone experienced this and found a resolution? I believe this needs a backend fix on Apple's side but I can't get through to anyone who can action it. Any advice appreciated, particularly if an Apple staff member is able to assist or escalate.

I am trying to enroll in the Apple Developer Program but cannot get past the enrolment screen in the Developer app on my Mac. When I click Enroll, it does not proceed to the payment screen, it just says unable to compete, contact support. I then received an email from Apple Developer Support saying my enrolment "couldn't be completed due to one or more reasons". I'm not even sure how that email is even helpful. I am an individual developer based in India trying to publish my first app on the App Store. My Apple ID is in good standing and I have no history of policy violations. I would love to know how to proceed with my Apple Developer Account Enrollment. I began my enrollment on the website, and when I wanted to apply, I had to reload my network around the final pages, and I don't know what happened if I was supposed to even see a payment page. I was told that I would be contacted by Apple Support with information on how I would complete enrollment. An open ticket has been there and is yet to receive a response from the Apple Developer Team. This should be a world-class team that focuses on user experience. Is there a way to get a response to help me enroll my company in this program faster?

It's been about two weeks since I provided all the relevant documents needed to migrate my Apple Developer membership from Individual to Organization. So far, the migration is still in progress, and I am getting the following message: "We’re processing your membership migration from an individual to an organization. Please note that your membership benefits are temporarily disabled during this time." I have a scheduled go-live date in two weeks and would like our release to span both Google and Apple. Do you have any suggestions on how to proceed if the migration isn't completed in time? Can I create a new account, release under "Individual" and transfer the app to the organization later when it is done? Will this affect the App Store reviews?

Hello everyone, I've encountered an issue with export compliance on App Store Connect that I haven't seen before. In my Info.plist, I have always set the ITSAppUsesNonExemptEncryption key (formerly App Uses Non-Exempt Encryption) to NO. In the past, this was sufficient to bypass the export compliance questions when submitting a build. However, with my most recent submission, I am now being prompted to answer these questions. Nothing has changed in my app's encryption usage. Has there been a recent change in policy or a system-wide issue that would cause this change in behavior? Is anyone else experiencing this? Hey! I am new to the apple developer enrolment program and it seemed alright to me when I started to fill all of the spaces, but when it lead to the paying process I started to have an issue. The issue is that I fill the spaces to pay, but I never receive the email for actually the bill, so I do not pay and receive the enrol. How do I fix it?

I've got a weird issue where Passkey fails, but only on developer.apple.com. Here's how it manifests: On portal, select "Sign In With Passkey" Get prompted with TouchId (on my MacBook) Portal says "can't verify your account" However: Sign in with Password works fine Sign in with Passkey on any other website works fine Not sure if it's related, but this appears to have happened around the time I had my logic board replaced. I did have weird issues with my iCloud account where I had to sign out of all devices, then sign back in. I assume this has to do with the hardware having the same serial number, but somehow appeared like a different computer in other ways. Things I've tried: In Passwords app, searching for "apple.com", I only see passwords, no passkeys. However, Safari password auto-fill always suggests the passkey entry first. developer.apple.com does not appear to have any way of managing sign-in credentials accounts.apple.com does not appear to be any way to manage passkeys. Sign in with Passkey on iPhone also results in "can't verify your account". Called AppleCare support, they were unable to help. Since Passkeys work for other websites, they believe this is a problem specifically with developer.apple.com. They suggested calling Developer support. Called Developer support, they were unable to help. They said AppleCare Support is best suited. Filled out Feedback (FB18185623) System: macOS 15.6 Safari 18.6 Has anyone else encountered anything weird like this? Is there any way to fix this? It would be nice if I could just delete the old passkey and create a new one. But I can't find any tool that will let me do that.

On the developer portal, it still shows “Purchase to complete”, even though the payment has already gone through. Hi, I had an LLC (which is not dissolved). I had created a developer account for the company which was tied to my personal ID. Now that the company no longer exists, I want to sign up for a developer account using my personal ID so that I can publish apps as an individual. The problem is, when I login to my personal account, it shows the same Team ID as my company account. Talking to support has not helped, so turning to the community for some guidance and help. What is one supposed to do when the company goes out of business or close doors? Is there no way to delete a company account and release your personal ID from it? If anyone here knows how to do this, that would be a great help. Thanks

I have accepted the new agreement, and its been over 1 hour and when i am trying to connect through VS 2022 - I keep getting this error message Please sign in to Apple developer account to review the agreement. Im just going round in circles, whats up with this?

The Account Holder is no longer able to log into apple (regardless of web-based or device based attempts). The membership will expire soon without access to the account holder. Both workflows "iforgot.apple.com" and "iforgot.apple.com/unlock" did not lead to an answer email within several days. I tried several times. So we are almost out of store without any option. Hotline did not show other options. Any ideas?

My iOS Swift application works without problems and tested on wide range of iPhones from iPhone X to iPhone 16 Pro Max when compiled by XCode 16.4.
