I’ve been trying to pay for Apple Developer Program enrollment since decemeber 2024 so now in June 2025 - 6 months of no solutions We have tried all everything, emailed every possible support on developer website, tried mutliple cards and accounts, withdraw enrolment, re-enroll nothing. We even spoke to local Apple Head Office to try and get help to no avail. After that, I tried to reach support several times, but there has been no response from them.

On the Developer app, I'd like to enroll into the Apple developer program. Unfortunately the button is disabled with the text underneath of "Please contact Apple developer support at..." I have tried multiple times get into contact with support for assistance, but have not heard back from anyone. Does anyone know what causes the enroll now button to be disabled, and where I can go to get unblocked there?

I'm trying to make my own MDM server and I'm having trouble allowing nginx to proxy the connection. The web app I'm making can accept http requests so I require nginx. I'm using a certificate from letsencrypt. Every time I try to enroll a phone it instantly rejects at nginx. I have tried multiple cipher options in nginx. I found the following link and my cert supports all except the DHE ones but they say you only need 1. Hello, We are struggling with a case creating the accounts for a company from Serbia and Croatia. The specific issue we are facing with these two accounts is that the enrollment is accepted without any problems. However, it is worth noting that during the registration of the Serbian account, Apple requested personal documentation from the account holder. Once the documentation was provided, the enrollment was successfully completed. However, when it comes to making the subscription payment, the transaction does not process correctly. We have tried making the payment from different devices and using various payment methods, but in all cases, we have been unable to activate the account. We always consider Apple's 48-hour processing time for payments, but after that period, we receive no information—neither account activation nor payment rejection. When we contacted Apple Support to explain our case, the only solution they provided was to cancel the Apple Developer enrollment and start the entire process again. However, even after doing this, the client is still unable to activate their account. Hope that someone that faced the same issue can help with this as Apple support won't give us more information about which can be the problem. Thank you,

In addition to the cloud-based version, we are also developing an on-premises version of the MDM solution for organizations such as government agencies and other entities for whom using public cloud services is difficult.
