How can I resolve this? My registration ID is FN5ZS6B562. On October 27, 2025, I received an email from the Apple Developer Support team requesting that I submit registration materials via https://developer.apple.com/contact/file-upload/. I completed the submission as required and received a confirmation email from the Apple Developer Relations team on October 30, acknowledging receipt of my documents and stating that they would proceed with the review as soon as possible. However, since then, the status of my organization's developer account has remained "Under Review," with no updates to this day. I have contacted Apple Support multiple times via phone and email but have yet to receive effective feedback or see any progress on the issue. Now, 73 days have passed—that's 10 full workweeks—far exceeding the normal review cycle. I sincerely hope the engineers of the Apple Developer team can see my plea for help and assist me! Hi I have been trying to purchase apple developer program since week now...and not working i have tried multiple cards, debit/credit (visa, mastercard) my bank is not blocking my payment either. It keeps saying authorisaion failed on Apple end. I tried use different WiFi still same & different Apple ID it does same thing. Anyone know what going on??

Hello! I've been trying to login to my account for over a week now. All the time I am getting an error "Too many verification codes have been sent. Enter the last code you received or try again later.". I cannot contact developer support because that also requires login. There is zero help whatsoever. I don't know what to do anymore. Anyone experienced same issue? Last verification code I received was December 30. Since then my account is basically locked.

Hello Somehow I let my Developer Account lapse - and now our App has been removed. I cannot find the renewal area in the Developer portal - there is an "Enrol Today" button, but when I select this - I get an error screen "Sorry, you can't enrol at this time - Your Apple Account is already associated with the Account Holder of a membership." I have no idea how to proceed! Please help Apple! Nick

Hi, I’m currently migrating an Apple Developer account from Individual to Organization (US LLC). Apple says the enrollment is under review and they’re verifying authority to sign legal agreements. From your experience, what does Apple usually ask for at this stage — EIN, Articles, DBA, or do they usually just approve it?

I just tried to renew my APP, and it confirmed via email that it is renewed. But, also says that it needs to be reviewed. Seems like alot of people are having this issue. I have a pilot study on Monday which requires users to use the app, so I placed an expedited review request, and the system is saying I don't have an APP in the review stage. App is no longer on the App Store. Please advise!

Hello, i had in 2023 active apple developer license and i created alpha version of my app, when test was concluded i didnt renew my subscription because i started to create my company. Fast forwarding 2 years i have company now and company has now apple developer license, i wanted to create app identifier and i found out that its taken and then i realized i left that app id on my personal account. So because of that i cannot create app id on company account. I contacted apple developer support on tuesday and didnt get any answer back. I Thought i did wrong topic, so i made another on wednesday and still nothing, replied to the 2nd case and nothing. I was simply asking to either transfer the app id to company account or remove it, so i can create it again on company account. Can someone tell me what i can do next to resolve it? I dont want to pay $100 just to remove app identifier. Application on my personal profile was never in AppStore, it only reached TestFlight. Case IDs: 102795542798 , 102795563781

After I add all my billing details and card numbers and click proceed, it shows a page with Thankyou note but after i logout and re- login it shows me to complete my purchase and takes me to the same cycle of re-entering all details And also to it, even after 48hrs also there have been no followups or anything not knowing if apple ever received my requests

Hello, I’m looking for guidance from an Apple Developer moderator or admin. I enrolled in the Apple Developer Program using my personal Apple ID and completed the enrollment process, including payment of the £79 membership fee (UK). The payment was successful. However, my membership status has remained “Pending” Since 6th Jan when it said it can take up to 48hrs, I’m still unable to access App Store Connect. I’ve already submitted a request through the Developer Program → Enrollment → Account & Membership contact form, but I haven’t yet received a response. I've been trying to enroll as a developer but keep running into an "unknown error". I've even tried having the dev team call me and sending an email through the support portal but keep getting the message that my request cannot be processed. Even calling apple support didn't work as they were unable to connect me with the dev team. Any idea on how to get this sorted? Thank you!!

My app was rejected for external testing due to needing to be published by an organization account. I used the option to convert my account with my LLC and entered my duns number and information. When I submitted the change it said it would take 1-2 days. It has been a week and I have not heard anything, or had any response to my support request. I have had my app published to Google play for 2 weeks and my iOS users feel left out. How long am I supposed to wait? Should I just create a new account under my organization? Will this cause an interference having my app on two accounts?

Hello, I am trying to enroll in the Apple Developer Program, but I am unable to complete the payment and account creation process despite trying multiple times and following all recommended steps. Please note that I am attempting to complete this purchase from Turkey. Below is a detailed list of everything I have tried so far: I tried using different web browsers (Opera, Google Chrome). I tried multiple different debit cards. I also tried using a credit card. I created a brand new Apple ID and attempted enrollment with it. I tried both Gmail-based Apple ID and iCloud-based Apple ID. I attempted to enroll via the Apple Developer app on an iPhone 11. All my card details are correct, and domestic & international transactions are enabled. My address information is correct. I tried both Turkish characters and English characters. I also tried using a VPN, but the issue still persists. Despite all of these attempts, I am still unable to purchase the Apple Developer Program membership. I have contacted support before regarding this issue, but unfortunately I did not receive any helpful resolution. I was informed that in similar cases, the Developer Support team may request identity verification or additional documentation, and that these steps can be handled directly through this support channel if required. I am fully willing to provide any requested documents to complete the enrollment process. I explicitly request that this issue be resolved through written communication only, directly via this support channel. This issue is currently blocking me from continuing my development work and publishing my applications. My apple account region was set to US. I am not in US and don't have an American phone number. When I first tried to enroll with non-American number and Region set to US, I got an error. I have changed my region after that and when I am trying to change the details, I am landing on "Select your entity type." page and not on the page where I have to input my details. Contacted support and no answer. Can anyone advise what to do?

Hello, I am experiencing an issue with the Apple Developer Program. Yesterday, I enrolled in the Apple Developer Program and entered my Visa card details. However, later that night, I received a notification from my bank that the payment was charged but failed because my balance was insufficient. After that, I added funds to my bank account, withdrew/canceled my previous enrollment, and then enrolled again using the same Visa card. After re-enrolling, I received a notification from my bank and an email confirming that the payment was successful, with the order ID: “We're processing your order – D00****” However, when I try to track the order by clicking the link in the email or checking the order status, it shows the following message: Something went wrong. There was a problem with your request. Please try again. Could you please explain why this issue is happening and help me check the status of my Apple Developer Program enrollment?
