Team Member Can’t access Certificates, Identifiers, and Profiles
Here on the forums I see a lot of reports like this: According to App Store Connect, I’m an Admin member of a team, but I can’t access the Certificates, Identifiers, and Profiles section of the Developer website for that team. There’s one really common reason for this, namely that this is an Individual team. This is clearly documented in Developer Account Help > Access > Roles and access, which says: If you’re enrolled as an individual and add users in App Store Connect, users receive access only to your content in App Store Connect and are not considered part of your team in the Apple Developer Program. So, if App Store Connect indicates that you’re a team Admin but you can’t access Certificates, Identifiers, and Profiles, it’s critical that you check that this is not an Individual team. To do this: Log on to Developer > Account. Select the correct team at the top right. Scroll down to the “Membership details” section. Look at the “Enrolled as” field. If it says “Individual”, then only the team’s Account Holder can access Certificates, Identifiers, and Profiles. OTOH, if it says something else, like “Organization” or “Enterprise”, then see below. If you’re working for someone else who only has an Individual team, I recommend that you encourage them to update to an Organization team. For advice on how to do that, see Developer Account Help > Membership > Updating your account information > Updating an individual membership to an organization membership. If you can’t access Certificates, Identifiers, and Profiles and you’re absolutely sure that this is not an Individual team, I recommend that you seek formal assistance via Apple > Developer > Contact Us. iOS Local Network Discovery (UDP Multicast / SSDP) Not Working – Works on AndroidiOS Local Network Discovery (UDP Multicast / SSDP) Not Working – Works on Android
Title: iOS Local Network Discovery (UDP Multicast / SSDP) Not Working – Works on Android Hi everyone, I’m facing an issue with local network device discovery on iOS. The same implementation works perfectly on Android, but fails (or behaves inconsistently) on iOS. What I’m trying to do I am building a React Native app that discovers Wi-Fi audio devices (Arylic / Linkplay-based speakers) on the same local network. The discovery flow: Send SSDP (UDP multicast) M-SEARCH request to 239.255.255.250:1900 Listen for device responses Fetch device description via HTTP (LOCATION header) Parse and store discovered devices What works ✅ Android: Device discovery works reliably (multiple devices detected) ❌ iOS: No devices are discovered (or discovery is very inconsistent) iOS Configuration I have already added the required permissions in Info.plist: NSLocalNetworkUsageDescription NSBonjourServices (including _http._tcp, _airplay._tcp, _spotify-connect._tcp, etc.) NSAppTransportSecurity with local network exceptions The app correctly prompts for Local Network permission, and permission is granted. Implementation Details Using UDP sockets (react-native-udp) Joining multicast group: 239.255.255.250 Sending SSDP M-SEARCH requests every few seconds Listening for responses via socket on('message') Observed Behavior on iOS UDP socket initializes successfully No errors thrown No SSDP responses received devices array remains empty HTTP-based direct calls to known device IPs work fine Additional Notes The same network, same devices, same code works on Android iOS device is on the same Wi-Fi network Tried both real device and simulator (expected simulator limitations) Questions Is UDP multicast (SSDP) restricted or unreliable on iOS for third-party apps? Are there additional entitlements required to receive multicast responses? Is there any official Apple-recommended approach for discovering LAN devices (other than Bonjour)? Is this a known limitation of iOS networking stack? As a fallback, I’m considering scanning the local subnet via HTTP requests, but that’s less efficient compared to SSDP. Any guidance or clarification from Apple engineers or others who have faced similar issues would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Enrollment still Pending - Order W1580614343
Hello, I enrolled in the Apple Developer Program and my payment was processed successfully (Order W1580614343, Invoice UA31378681). I received the invoice confirming the charge. However, my account status has been "Pending" for more than 48 hours, and the developer portal still asks me to "complete your purchase now." It seems the payment was not linked to my enrollment. Could you please look into this and activate my membership, or let me know if anything further is required from my side? Thank you for your help. Best regards, Piotr Skrzypiec

I made the payment for Apple Developer Program, but my membership is still not activated
I made the payment for the Apple Developer Program, but my membership is still not activated. On the website, it still said: “Purchase your membership. To continue your enrollment, complete your purchase now.” Since it still showed that message, I thought there might be an error. I clicked “Complete your purchase” again, but then I canceled it because I had already paid before and did not want to be charged twice. Now my membership is still not active, and I am confused about whether my original payment is still being processed or whether I caused a problem by clicking and canceling the purchase flow. I emailed to apple support but still didn't get any answers. Idk what to do.

Cant update account information or switch to org membership
Hi everyone, I need to update the "Membership details" of my Apple Developer account and for some reason it won't let me. When I click on "Update your information" and select either "Change contact details" or "Switch to organization membership" I just get redirected to https://developer.apple.com/unauthorized This is an old account I'm trying to re-activate, my Apple Developer Program membership has expired. Will renewing the membership solve this? I want to "Switch to organization membership", Will I have to pay again for this? Thanks!

I can't activate my membership and I'm having a strange problem.
Hello everyone, I'm having trouble with my Apple Developer Program registration and need any help. I received an email from Apple Developer Support stating that my application was rejected because my company website was deemed unusable or invalid. However, my website is active, publicly accessible, and fully functional. The email asked me to submit a new registration application. But when I log into my Apple Developer account, I don't see an option to submit a new application. Instead, I'm redirected to the membership payment page. I completed the payment yesterday, but after payment I still see the same page and the message stating that the process may take up to 48 hours. I also requested a support call from Apple, but haven't been able to connect with anyone yet. At this point, I'm confused: Is my original registration still active? Is my payment being processed normally? Do I still need to submit a new application somehow? Has anyone experienced a similar situation or knows the best next step? Thank you.

How To Install on a Personal Device
Developer Help says: Do I need to enroll in the Apple Developer Program to install apps on a device? No. You can install apps on your personal device with Xcode. Yet Xcode 26.4 says: Signing for "Never Forget" requires a development team. Select a development team in the Signing & Capabilities editor. Can someone help me understand this? A developer account isn't required, yet a development team (in a developer account) is? 🤷

Urgent Help Needed with Apple Developer Program
Thank you Apple Developer Team for your wonderful support and services. I would love to know how to proceed with my Apple Developer Account Enrollment. I began my enrollment on the website, and when I wanted to apply, I had to reload my network around the final pages, and I don't know what happened if I was supposed to even see a payment page. I was told that I would be contacted by Apple Support with information on how I would complete enrollment. An open ticket has been there and is yet to receive a response from the Apple Developer Team. This should be a world-class team that focuses on user experience. Is there a way to get a response to help me enroll my company in this program faster? Enrollment ID: 55ZWR58659

Charged $99 for Developer Program, but Membership is Still Inactive (Invoice Received)
Hi everyone, I'm hoping to get some advice or visibility from Apple staff here, as my team is currently completely stuck. On April 10th, we enrolled in the Apple Developer Program. Our credit card was successfully charged $99, and we received the official Apple invoice receipt (Invoice #MC64187422). However, almost a week later, the membership status has not updated to active. The developer portal still prompts us to "Complete your purchase", and if we click it, it gives a warning about withdrawing the enrollment. We are on a very tight schedule to release a gamification app for our corporate clients by late April, and this enrollment delay is severely impacting our deployment timeline. I've already emailed Developer Support but haven't received a response in days. I also tried using the "Request a call" feature. However, because I am the technical lead handling the setup for the team and my name doesn't exactly match the account owner's name, the phone support agent was unable to assist me further due to security policies. Has anyone experienced this kind of "stuck" status after the payment has already been captured and invoiced? Is there a specific way to escalate this pending enrollment so we can meet our project deadline? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!
