If a submission doesn't pass review, you'll receive a message from App Review in App Store Connect detailing the issues requiring your attention.
If you have questions, contact App Review directly by clicking Reply to App Review in App Store Connect. Using App Store Connect to contact App Review is the best way to receive assistance with an ongoing submission. A specialist familiar with your app will reply to your message.
What to include in your reply to App Review

Provide additional information that can help App Review understand the app's concept and intended functionality if you believe your app was misunderstood.

Don't use the Reply to App Review field to appeal a rejection or removal or to request an expedited review. For these requests, use the appropriate Contact Us form instead.

Don't ask about the status of apps from other developers. Just as App Review wouldn't discuss your app with someone else, App Review can't discuss other developers' apps with you.
Request a call with an Apple representative
If you need additional assistance after App Review replies to your message, you can use the Reply to App Review message window to request a call with an Apple representative.
Before requesting a call, confirm your contact details in the App Review Information section of App Store Connect are up to date.
When requesting a call, include your time zone so App Review can attempt to call during your local business hours. You can also specify a preferred language for the call. App Review will try to accommodate your request, though availability can vary. Calls are typically completed within three to five business days.
