How can I request compatibility support for my OS X hardware and software products?
We have updated the process for developers who require assistance with compatibility issues. You no longer need to purchase a Compatibility Lab Day Pass and travel to Apple's campus in Cupertino. Now you can use a Technical Support Incident (TSI) to receive compatibility assistance from our Developer Technical Support (DTS) team. Apple's DTS engineers can diagnose a variety of hardware and software compatibility issues and if needed, they can schedule an onsite lab appointment for you here at Apple.
To request help with your compatibility issue, sign in with the Apple ID associated with your iOS or Mac Developer Program membership at: https://developer.apple.com/support/technical/submit/. Click on “Request Support” and provide a detailed description of your issue. A DTS engineer will follow up with you soon.
