I’m experiencing the same issue as @oneguylabs.
I log in with my personal Apple ID, which has the admin role in my team. However, when logging in, I encounter the same 'cannot connect' screen with a small retry button that does nothing when clicked. I’m stuck on the 'cannot connect' screen.
I’ve subscribed to a plan in my app and am unable to cancel it. Does anyone have a solution or workaround to cancel the subscription?
