“apple pencil battery life”

I'm looking for a new very accurate stylus for my iPad Mini. Will the Apple Pencil work on all iOS devices or is it exclusively made for the iPad Pro. If it won't work, what are some good (and accurate) styluses for precision note taking?

In the last few days I have released an iOS 11 GM built update in the App Store for one of my previously released apps.No major changes just a minor update ready for the general release of iOS 11.So the app now supports iOS 10 and iOS 11.I am gettings reports from users (still using iOS 10 on their devices) that the update is using a lot of their battery.Any one else experineced anything like this? Or any ideas what might be causing it?ThanksSteve

One of the reason I chose MacBook Pro 13 2016 WITHOUT touch bar (MacBook Pro 13” October 2016 without touch bar, i7, 16 Mb 1T SSD) was that the i7 inside runs, normally at 7.5 Watts that means NO FAN noice even under high demand tasks; this was true up today because the fun practically never be on (RPM 0). The fan just only turns on (RPM < 2500) when I have 6 or 7 application open plus Fusion VM ware (that limit the Mac originally 16 Mb of RAM). Since I started ß test, I notice that fan runs at medium speed of 1200 RPM (fortunately you do not leasing it) despite the fact that the banks still cool (34 to 44 Celsius degrees) and Activity Monitor shows that 83% of the processor is in idle mode. Opening Safari this fun speed can rise up to RPM 4700 making my lovely Mac intolerable. The FAN is running all day, completelly diferent form macOS Sierra where fun speed it is RPM 0 most of the time.
