Hi Team, I' am trying to change my account membership from individual to organisation. Have raised multiple support requests and everytime i get an information that they will revert back within 1 business days but dont get any updates and its been more than a week. Can you please help expedite the request as i doint have any tracking number and without this i wont be able to make the app go public.

To continue your enrollment, complete your purchase now.” The enrollment status currently shows Pending, and it appears that the payment may not have been linked to my enrollment. Also the Enrollment Id has also not been generated I have already contacted Apple Developer Support twice but have not yet received a response. Payment details from the invoice: Order ID: MMWHM92XY3 Purchase Date: April 8, 2026 Has anyone experienced a similar issue where the payment was processed but the enrollment still shows “complete purchase”? Hi! I'm a first-time app founder trying to enroll my business in the Apple Developer Program as an Organization. I already have a personal Apple ID, so I'm trying to create a separate, brand new Apple Account using my business email for the enrollment. Every time I complete the account creation form and go through the verification code step, I get the error: 'Your account cannot be created at this time.' Things I've already tried: Personal cell phone number for verification A Google Voice number for verification Different browsers The Apple Developer app Different WiFi networks I only have one iPhone and one cell number, both already tied to my personal Apple ID. My D&B DUNS number is confirmed, the only blocker is creating this new Apple Account. Is there a known solution for this? It seems like it must be a common situation for small business owners who use one device for both personal and business. Any help appreciated!

I enrolled in the Apple Developer Program on April 15th and the $99 payment was successfully charged to my card (confirmed completed in my bank, not pending). However, 3 days later my account at developer.apple.com/account still shows the "Purchase your membership" banner asking me to pay again. Apple's own page says "Your purchase may take up to 48 hours to process" but it has been well past that. When I try to access Certificates, Identifiers & Profiles, I get this error: "Unable to find a team with the given Team ID S3v98Z34Dh to which you belong. Please contact Apple Developer Program Support." I already submitted a support case via the "Send us a message" form under Membership and Account > Program Purchase and Renewal, but haven't received any response yet. Has anyone experienced this? Is there another way to escalate this or get it resolved faster? I need the account for Sign in with Apple integration and I'm blocked on this. Thanks for any help.

I'm trying to add a co-worker to our company's developer account. They got the invitation email and clicked the link, got the email verification code and entered that, and then got the phone number verification code via SMS. When they enter the phone number verification code, they get an error: "Your account cannot be created at this time." Also, I tried to go to developer.apple.com/contact to reach out to support, but it seems that page is broken with a JS error. Any ideas??

I made the payment for the Apple Developer Program, but my membership is still not activated. On the website, it still said: “Purchase your membership. To continue your enrollment, complete your purchase now.” Since it still showed that message, I thought there might be an error. I clicked “Complete your purchase” again, but then I canceled it because I had already paid before and did not want to be charged twice. Now my membership is still not active, and I am confused about whether my original payment is still being processed or whether I caused a problem by clicking and canceling the purchase flow. I emailed to apple support but still didn't get any answers. Idk what to do.

However, my account status has been "Pending" for more than 48 hours, and the developer portal still asks me to "complete your purchase now." It seems the payment was not linked to my enrollment. I am already waiting for 7 days to process my payment for developer enrollment. Already called support but I am onhold on the line for 40minutes+ sometimes and noone pick ups the phone. Is there actually anyone working in Apple support? Who should I contact to either get my money back or make it work at last?

We’ve been waiting for several weeks for our account to be verified; we need to conduct testing for the app, which is already ready. We’ve submitted several support tickets but haven’t received any response. We haven’t received any calls or emails regarding the company verification process.

Greetings Folks, I have an issue enrolling into developer program, and im not sure if its in state of stale or i just need to wait longer? I started enrolling my private email instead of organization email as apple id, but then i stopped the process on private and continued on organization email. I have received an email on private mail to upload documents, where i responded that i have switched to company email ID. Short after i am receiving an email on new ID email to upload documents verifying its Me and company i registered. When clicking on that link and logging in to actually do that, it says Account is not authorized to upload. Now i wrote to customer support week ago regarding this issue, and there still haven't been any progress or responses. Apple has negged my developer account docs for 6 months. How do I get someone on the phone? I had moved the company’s jurisdictions from EU to USA so it is a new Apple Developer account. In truth, I would rather just update my original account to the new company in USA but I can’t do that either.
