Yesterday I had 102 ratings for 4.6 star average and today it shows 45 for a 4.3 star average. I have not released a new versione or submitted a new one for review in the past 7 days. Why would more than 50% of my ratings suddenly disappear?
I did reduce the price from 1.99 to .99 about 10 days ago. Does this affect it?
This is incredibily frustrating since January and February will be my biggest months for sales and in the past 3 weeks competing apps have hit the app store.
I have the same problem! Half of my ratings have disappeared since yesterday... I haven't made any changes.
Apple Support is looking into it now. My app store ratings (in the US app store) have been bouncing around a lot today. At 8am it showed 102 ratings. 1pm it showed 43 ratings. Now it shows 97 ratings on the app page, but in search results, it shows no ratings.
In the App Store Connect app, at 8am my app showed 102 ratings. Now it shows 2 ratings, which are both1 star reviews. Yikes.
Fingers crossed its just some backend upgrades/migrations that will sort themselves out by tomorrow morning.

Also experiencing this. Hope it's resolved soon, it's a real bummer to lose reviews and ratings, especially when you're a small developer.
