Hi I have uploaded a new version of one of my apps and application loader works fine and submitted. But the upload is not showing up in Itunes Connect for me to select the new build (no new plus there) Can anyone tell me whats going on regarding this matter?

Same here. Uploaded with Xcode 7.0 GM over an hour ago, but no build showing in ITC. Maybe just slower than usual?
Yes, same here. We also uploaded yesterday (realized we forgot to accept new T&C, thought it was our mistake - uploaded again) and still the build won't show up. Especially nice, when you it's a iOS 9 compability submit...
Yesterday morning and the day before it was taking an unusually long time, say 30-60 minutes for submitted apps to appear. However, as of yesterday afternoon it started to get longer and longer - some submissions took me 4+ hours to appear. The most recent one was submitted around 2pm yesterdady, and it's now 3:30am, so 13+ hours later the app still says "Processing..."

I am also facing the same issue. I am trying to submit app from yesterday evening but unlucky to get success.
I have submitted three different builds but none of them is selectable. All of these are showing same processing from last evening.

I am also facing this issue till today morning but then i find a workaround this issue.
I have archive my application with the same app version but different build number and submit the app to appstore.
After waiting to around 20-30 min itunes connect allow me to select the new build.

I did call apple and told them that in itunes am getting same error need xcode 5.1.1 or later and I have 7 ????? I upload the app with xcode but still not showing in itunes...I call back and you have to be lucky to get someone that knows what a **** they doing, I got a guy the other day and help me to upload but today when I call this woman didn't know a thing.....
I had this same issue today but I realized after delivering the build sucessfully, you have to go to the little plus sign to the right of "Build" to select it. Thats pretty annoying looking for something that is right in front of you ><
More than annoying, Apple's reliance on function by discovery is insulting in it's shear waste of time spent hunting the wumpus.

same thing here, uploaded over an hour ago succesful. nothing shows up in itunes connect in all builds or activity area.
I even tried again to upload and get the error that this release is already uploaded 😟 many seem to have this from time to time but nobody here confirmed if this was some problem or if this just happen from time to time in itunes?
