Hi I have uploaded a new version of one of my apps and application loader works fine and submitted. But the upload is not showing up in Itunes Connect for me to select the new build (no new plus there) Can anyone tell me whats going on regarding this matter?

I'm having this issue today.
I am having the same issue. I uploaded a build yesterday and it is still not visible. Not even processing. Even though the servers are busy, it should be indicated in itunes connect that the build has been submitted, that the servers are busy and the app. wait time.
FOUND A SOLUTION:
I have just uploaded a new build, but this time I did not include the Bitcode. NOW I see the build. Hope this comment is of any help.
SECOND UPDATE:
It was only for a short while I could see the Build. Now it is gone 😟. I can see that others have a problem with configuring the plist file. I will now try to find the right configuration.
I agree that APPLE should indicate the problem or at least tell you in a mail that there is a problem and it has been rejected!!
THIRD UPDATE:
NOW I can see the Build. The issue was the plist file. I needed to insert privacy statement and now I can start testing. Hope you can use my comments.

Same problem here, we received an email saying that we needed to insert a privacy statement and that was the reason why our app was rejected.
We tried to solve these issue through the plist file and included a Privacy Policy. As you said before, we didn't include the bitcode but still, our latest builds don't appear on Itunes Connect.
If anyone has a solution I'd be glad to hear it.

I can confirm it was an issue in my plist file that appears to have prevented it from showing up. They normally send an email though, which is odd.
Thank you. 'NSPhotoLibraryUseageDescription' is what I was missing from my build.

You need to change Build to latest one
Ex. Uploaded Build - 2.0, now to upload again you need to change Build to 2.1 or anything you want, but should be latest.
Check this descriptions from Info.plist
NSCameraUsageDescription
NSLocationWhenInUseUsageDescription
NSPhotoLibraryUsageDescription
I haven't the little plus to the right of "Build" !! Any idea please ?
I am facing same issue. Application loader uploads build without any issue but it never came into the ituneconnect, My doesnt have nay special permission. I checked info.plist and everyhting seems correct. See the screen print of the the itunesconnect.

I'm facing same issue. i've resolved this by checking all the keys & vaules in info.plist file. i was missed the permission alert string, i fixed and revert back with new build number, Worked for me. Happy coding.
