I've been trying for a couple hours to submit my iOS app.
I am submitting with Xcode 7 GM.
I submitted after I got the email.
I get this error everytime I click "Submit for Review"
Invalid Toolchain. New apps and app updates must be built with the public (GM) versions of Xcode 6 or later, and iOS 8 SDK or later. Don't submit apps built with beta software.

Same problem, Building with El Capitan GM and Xcode 7 GM. I've tried many times, and I'm kind of desperate now.
I got ITMS-90533 "Missing Architecture" Error
It successfully uploaded without extension bundle
This is not the GM. Installing the GM, rebuilding and resubmitting resolved the issue for me. Give it a try.
