Enrollment not working?

Hi,

I've tried now for several days to enroll for the Apple Developer Program as an Organization but when I click Start Your Enrollment I always get "Sorry you can't enroll at this time".

I have emailed apple dev support but they have so far not been able to help. They said I must use latest version of Safari (true?) and I sure have this.

Is there something I'm missing?

yeah, same for me.

And I already contact apple, then told me they will let me know if there is a solution.

It's been a week, but haven't got any respond yet.
