Apple TV Update not successful

Had no trouble at all with OTA update from beta 2 to beta 3. I'm guessing you've got something

odd going on on your end. Slow wifi would be my first guess.

I can`t update to beta 3, I get an unknown error (9). I have tried all different way surgested here but to no avail. How do I get the console log so I can send a bug report?

I finaly got my one to update.

1) Turn appleTV off from the power scoket.

2) Unplug the network cable (RJ45)

3) Have a cup of coffee or 2 ( at least 10 mins)

4) Turn apple TV back on.

5) Get iTunes to see the appleTV

6) Plug backin the network cable.

7) restore to beta 3

I think somehow taking any plug out the back of the appleTV may reset somyhing !
