Is anybody else finding that their internal testers are not receiving the invites? I have tested several accounts and they have not received the invite even after deleting them and re-inviting them. This seems to be an ongoing issue that has not been fixed. I have also noticed that users that were added one day do not appear a couple of days later.
In general the new interface is extremely slow, difficult to navigate and very inconsistent.

And this is still going on. I have 302 external beta testers, but only 4 have been "Notfied".

I'm having this same problem. I was doing fine using iTunes until the 12.7 update. Why cutoff iTunes installs? Answer: control. Anyway, I finally did get it to work. Had to wait a while, kill the browser (probably cleared the cache) and then I got an option to resend the invitation. I did receive that.
2 years later: The problem is still here.
