Cant create new app in iTunes Connect

I am attempting to create a new iOS app in iTunes Connect. From the iTunes Connect main page, I go to "My Apps". At "My Apps", I click on the "+" button to add a new app. After filling out all the requested information in the form, I am being presented with an error "Try again. If the problem persists, contact us".


Any ideas on why this might be happening?

Same here, it's been happening for at least 2 days now.

I called the customer support in the UK and unfortunatelly the only thing that they managed to do is to lead me to technical support and add my problem via a ticket and submit it.


Didn't solved the problem yet,


Any solutions would be of a big help.

Same here, created a ticket some days ago, no solution so far.

Same problem since yesterday. Can the issue be a configuration problem ? I don't think so, it seems to be an Apple problem...

I have the very same problem.

I have spent ages Googling for solutions and tried everything but no joy. This is my first app submission and I thought maybe I was doing something wrong but I'm now reasonably sure it's an Apple problem. A more meaningful error message would be very useful though!

I am getting the same exact error too! come on someone at Apple please help fix it!

Did anyone get any solution to this? I used one of my two DST tech support incidences to try and get a new app record in iTunesConnect. I am still waiting for a response after half a day. I am thinking of adding a bug report.


If there's anyone out there who knows any other way to get an New App Record into itunes (maybe through xcode etc) please post a solution even if a temporary one! I am on deadline here and clients are knocking on my door. Please someone from Apple respond to your developers.
