Cant create new app in iTunes Connect

I am attempting to create a new iOS app in iTunes Connect. From the iTunes Connect main page, I go to "My Apps". At "My Apps", I click on the "+" button to add a new app. After filling out all the requested information in the form, I am being presented with an error "Try again. If the problem persists, contact us".


Any ideas on why this might be happening?

I was going to ask about a problem I'm having with uploading my first application to the app store via Xcode.

Error message: iTunes store operation failed. No suitable application records were found. Verify your bundle identifier 'com.___.___' is correct.


I presume I'll keep seeing this error until I'm able to create the app on iTunes Connect?


I have double, triple, quadruple - checked all my profiles, bundle IDs, etc.


At wits' end.

Could try sending them a message to https://developer.apple.com/contact/submit.php

Same problem with me since saturday when I first tried to add new app.

The issue should be solved. My account now is working.

If it's not solved. I guarantee you that it will be if you follow this steps, as I did.


Call them at +1(800)-633-2152


They will create a case number for you/

Wait for their email and tell them the following:


Steps to reproduce the issue

• Full window screenshots illustrating the issue

• Username of each user experiencing the issue

• Web browser and version number

• System Information (device model and OS version number)

• Approximate date and time the error occurred (including time zone)

• The URL of the page you are on

• Source code of the error page (optional)


Don't forget to send them the case ID that they will offer for your case. In less than a day, it will be solved.

You can also e-mail them directly at devprograms@apple.com and ask for Kaity - she's the senior Adviser at Apple

For me it's also working now! I did put in a customer support request (for which I didn'g get a reply yet btw), so maybe that did something as well...

Hmm.. Still unable to save changes though 😀

I was able to add the new app record too after so many days. I did however sent a technical support request a day or so before it started working this morning (Easter Time zone) and did not get respond yet to it - except that I was able to add my new app record successfully. So I suggest these steps for those still having the problems.


1. Send tech support request via member area (not Itunes connect)

2. Send email to itunes connect via itunesconnect contact us link (the one with the problem)

3. File a bug report via developer member area?

4. If you can call support number - someone listed above


If you are still having this issue, chances are it is not gonna fix itself, i.e don't try to wait it out.
