I updated to ios 9.3 beta 3 on my iPhone 5s and made a backup because I was planning to factory reset my phone the restoring it with this backup with ios 9.3 beta 3 in it. After restoring my phone, I was not able to sign into iCloud. Everytime I would try it would constantly say Verification Failed. I have tried using different networks and I have restored network settings. I am still not able to sign into iCloud. I have figured out that my iCloud is not the issue but it is something with my backup I presume. I have also tried factory reseting my phone and signing into iCloud and it does work. I have no clue how to solve this issue please help!
iCloud verificiation failed
I put the phone in to recovery and restored to 9.3 beta 2. I then restored my backup (in my case I recovered the backup from my Mac, not sure if that matters). Like others have stated, that did not work. However, the device is now on beta 2 and can be updated to beta 3. I went to developer.apple.com and downloaded configuration profile to the phone (all the while the phone is complaining about not being able to authenticate). After doing the OTA update to beta 3 I can now login and the restore is completeing without issues!
This worked perfectly for me. Suggest trying this.
Tried this, rolled back to beta 2, still not verifying, and crashes when trying ti download beta 3
I get this error trying to login to the app store after doing an unencrypted backup/restore with my Mac (on El Capitan latest beta). I haven't seen any iCloud errors.
What kind of crash? I did the restore to beta 2, then activated the phone and restored the backup... I kept the phone connected to iTunes all the time... After that I basically skipped everything that I was asked for (Touch ID, security code, whatever)... When asked for the Apple ID password, I hit Cancel... Opened Safari, downloaded and installed the Beta Profile, hit restart... After the restart, I did not even bother to unlock the sim, went directly to Settings and checked for updates... It downloaded the update (I ignored the pop-up asking for the password until the download was complete), hit cancel once and the install now... After the installation, the password was accepted and all my apps were loaded on the device... Hope it works for you that way...
Beta update nit showing in itunes sontried ota hit download and install it froze and bounces back to home screen everytime, tried soft reset and reset all settings, still crashes

I'm sorry, this is very confusing to me and I don't understand - please help! I downloaded the ios 9.3 beta 2 ispw and its on my PC. Now what? I'm actually not a developer (I shouldn't have signed up for these betas), so a simplistic step-by-step would be super helpful for me - thank you!
