Loading a PDF in a webview crashes in CoreGraphics iOS 9.3 b3

I tested with other devices and other file types like doc, txt, ppt, xls etc. and It is working fine. But when I load pdf then it crashes everytime.

Does it crash for any PDF or just certain ones? I have one specific PDF that is crashing when opened in a Document Interaction Controller's preview, in iBooks, or by tapping on it when attached to an email. I just checked, and it crashes when opened in a UIWebView too, but it does not crash when opened in a WKWebView. I have sent Apple a bug report with my PDF attached. All the other PDFs I have tested work fine.

I am working on app which download PDF from 3rd party and open in Document Interaction Controller's preview I tested with different PDFs and it all crashed after loading half way and sometime it crashed right away and then I tried to open in UIWebView too and it crashed. I didn't test it with WKWebView yet.
