Pages 4.3 and Numbers 2.3 not working in El Capitan preview

I'm using Numbers version 3.5.3 and it doesn't work at all if you try to use multiple spreadsheets. I submitted a bug report.

Yes, I'm having the same issue, but no solution. Went back to Yosemite.

I too have this issue. It is also occurring with Preview.

I wonder if it is an Apple app thing with iCloud Drive.

I'm using an earlier beta, but I did find a solution that worked for me.

The problem was that I would just have a spinning beach ball in Preview, Numbers, and Pages. I could use the dock to display all of the files listed as open, but I only got icons of them.

What I did:

1. Turn off iCloud

2. Open Preview

3. Open a local file and save it locally

4. Turn iCloud back on

I did this individually for each app listed above.

It works so far.
