TestFlight invite not received

My team is helping test an app for a partner and we're having issues with one of the testflight invites never being received. We've provided the main Apple ID email (@gmail) and the alternative apple id (@me) and they've deleted and resent a dozen times. Checked junk mail, and everything, but still no invite showing up. The other invites seem to go through without problems (one is @gmail and one is @his).

Has anyone else run into this issue?

Same issue also!

Are you running out of money Apple? 😝

Testflight Invite emails are not received by internal testers. Please fix this apple. It is driving us crazy.

Same problem for us! TestFlight without tester invitation is like a car without engine..maybe it's nice to see, but completely useless 😟

Same issue, my build is not showing up on TestFlight and no one's receiving email I sent.

Same issue here, new external testers are not receiving the invites.

Same here

bump

Same issue here. Some external testers are receiving the invites some don't. Apple, please help us! 😮

Same issue here. Several external testers are not receiving the invitations.

Have the same issue. Send out to 3 external testers and it indicates that the invitation were sent, but none of the external testers got the invitation email not they have gotten any emails from itunes/Apple at all. However, if I use myself as an internal tester, I get the email invitation from "Testflight - no_reply@email.apple.com" ok. Anyone gotten any response from Apple on this issue?

Having same issue. Reporting it on BugReport just now; no response.

same issue 😟

any idea how to solve it?

Hello community. After some research in other threads related to this issue I found the solution.

After you've added testers to the group/build, you have to actually click on that build and there will be 2 options on the top right: "Export complaince" and "Notify Testers". Pressing "Notify Testers" will send out the invitations to the testers.

I have an iTunes Connect account, but still have the same problem

I'm not seeing those two options.. I click on the build and I see the testers for that build but no options to notify.

We've been running into this, too. Checking the box to automatically notify testers once the build has been approved does not work. This has led to some significant issues as testers are frustrated to find out they aren't on the current build. We found workaround was to remove external testers user group from newly approved build and re-add it. Push notification and email will then go out.

Having the same problem. Tried upgrading to iOS 10.3, deleting and re-installing TestFlight, changed my iCloud password, removed and re-added myself as a tester. Added myself as an individual tester (not in a group). Clicked "Notify Testers", tried expiring all previous builds. No fun. No fun at all.

In the past I never had issues with Test Flight. Today I sent 2 invitations for a new app and the emails are not coming through.

Now adding new users I am getting "There was an error processing your request. Please try again."

I'm new to this and I don't have any invites please invite me to test beta

Was experiencing the exact same problem as mentioned in the above comments and clicking "Notify Testers" did the trick. Thanks for the suggestion!

Same problem here, more than TWO YEARS after original OP.

Apple will DIE with their business model. One day or another. They will be devoured by competitors.

I have the same problem but I may know why we aren’t get invites. Their are 10 reasons of why aren’t get invites:

1. Their are 10,000 testers already

2. All Apple developers aren’t working on test flight

3. May be the request was not sent

4. IOS 11 all apple developers are working on iOS

5. Test flight server are down

7. Incorrect Apple ID

8. Check in your span folder on your company’s email (if you don’t have company check in your emails)

9. Apple may not know you are waiting for you email

10. Test flight may have an error get the requset for you invite

Remember! Their is a max for test fight usesrs which that is 10,000 testers

You can get more information at https://developer.apple.com/testflight/

I hoped that this helped you:) thanks

I‘ve found why we don’t have invites

Note: this maybe Incorrect

Apple announced that "services offered at TestFlightApp.com will no longer be available after February 26, 2015." The announcement contains a few important hints to help transitioning existing apps from TestFlightApp.com to iTunes Connect.

Most importantly, clarifies Apple, existing apps will not be transferred automatically to TestFlight Beta in iTunesConnect, a task which is left to App developers to carry through. A somewhat easier path is available to transfer all testers associated to a TestFlightApp.com account to iTunes Connect. Indeed, developers can export their testers' contact information into a CSV file that can be later imported in iTunes Connect.

App builds that are currently stored in TestFlightApp.com can still be downloaded in the IPA format. Finally, apps that include the TestFlight SDK will function normally but developers are requested to remove the SDK from future releases.

Apple announced the acquisition of Burstly, owner of TestFlight, in February last year. Immediately thereafter, Apple terminated Android support and discontinued the TestFlight SDK, while allowing developers that already owned a TestFlightApp.com account to continue using TestFlightApp services for iOS apps.

At WWDC 2014, Apple announced the integration of TestFlight within the iOS 8 development tool suite. The new service brought some advantages to developers, such as a significantly higher number of permitted testers, going from 100 to 1,000, and the possibility of inviting new testers by sending them an email, which specifically removed the requirement of adding new testers' devices to the app's provisioning profile. On the other hand, Apple introduced a mandatory review process for beta builds and only allowed to have one active build at a time. Both points raised some concerns in developers. Another major limitation of TestFlight Beta is its availability only on iOS 8, which rules out beta testing on iOS 7 and earlier releases, which still account for about 30% of the user base at the moment of this writing.

That means test flight server are Down forever!

Ok.. I found a very stupid way to get the invitations send:

Our problem: one group received the invitations, other groups did not.

We added the people that did not receive the email to a different group by using the "Add existing users" options. And invites were send immediately.

Hope this helps others
