TestFlight invite not received

My team is helping test an app for a partner and we're having issues with one of the testflight invites never being received. We've provided the main Apple ID email (@gmail) and the alternative apple id (@me) and they've deleted and resent a dozen times. Checked junk mail, and everything, but still no invite showing up. The other invites seem to go through without problems (one is @gmail and one is @his).

Has anyone else run into this issue?

Yep attempting to add new users in "Users and Access" is not working. Users are not receiving the email.

Also not working, have tried multiple colleagues sending me an invite.

I'm experiencing the same issue, I have added two new internal users and the invites never arrived. What is happening?

Having the exact same issue right now. I can't even receive the invite to my internal TestFlight group of my own app, where I am the Admin and Account Holder. I saw there was scheduled maintenance on the first of march on App Store Connect TestFlight so maybe it is related to that?

Happening here too, really strange. Good to know this has been happening for a decade, I think our annual fee is too low...!

I'm in the same boat. I have an existing apps with existing internal testers. I added a new app, and adding 3 existing users to an internal testing group for it, and we are not getting TestFlight invites. Has anyone who had this problem yesterday resolved it?

Been having this issue ever since the maintenance on March 1st. I added a new external tester via email and they are not getting any emails. I tried re-sending, I tried deleting the group and re-adding all testers and sending new invites. Nothing works. Any updates on the fix yet?
