Family Sharing for IAP and subscriptions

One of the announcements from WWDC 2020 was that Family Sharing will be available for IAP and subscriptions:

And in addition to shared family app purchases, the App Store now supports Family Sharing for subscriptions and in-app purchases. This is great for developers who offer content for the whole family to enjoy.

How can we enable this and is it only available in iOS/iPadOS 14?

Hi - iOS 14.1 is out. Is Family Sharing for IAPs available yet? It is not mentioned in App Store Connect in our app page > In-App Purchases / Manage > any of my IAPs. The word "Family" is not on the page.

Yahuuuu!
Finally, this feature has been released! Now we can see "Turn On Family Sharing" option for our inapp purchases in Apple Connect (it is disabled by default).
