Apple Developer Enterprise Program

We are currently enrolling in the Apple Developer Enterprise Program.

However, after 5 working days since we submitted our application, we still haven't received any status update.

We tried to contact Apple Developer Program Support, but No response was received either (more than 2 working days).

We've read the Apple Developer Enterprise Program carefully. of the registration requirements and make sure we meet them all.

We would like to receive a possible recommendation to continue our Apple Developer Enterprise Program enrollment.

Thanks.

Before applying to the Enterprise Program, we highly recommend learning about distributing Custom Apps via the Apple Developer Program first. The Apple Developer Program is the right option for most organizations that want to distribute proprietary, internal-use apps. It allows you to use Apple Business Manager, Ad Hoc distribution, or redemption codes to privately distribute custom apps to employees, and TestFlight to test beta versions of your apps.

This Apple Developer Enterprise Program is for specific use cases that require private distribution directly to employees using secure internal systems or through a Mobile Device Management solution, that cannot be addressed using Custom Apps. If you still feel you meet the criteria for the Enterprise Program, there is a lengthy application and vetting process involved, and it may take weeks to be completed.

In the meantime, I would highly recommend you watch Session 304 . from last year and Session 10667 from this year to understand our shift in trajectory and to see how Custom Apps works in practice.

We've taken a deep dive into Apple Business Manager, Ad Hoc distribution, and other approaches, and after rigorous deliberation and discussion, we've come to the conclusion that the Apple Developer Enterprise Program is the right solution for us.

We use the Apple Developer Enterprise Program to distribute applications that are highly confidential to employees and as an internal security system.

We are also developing internal medical apps with our medical department, which are also highly confidential, making it necessary for us to use the Apple Developer Enterprise Program for distribution, which is important in the fight against COVID-19.

The Apple Developer Enterprise Program is urgently needed.

Thank you very much for your response.
