Unable to purchase Enrollment for developer account

Can anybody help me with this problem. I tried so many times to purchase the enrollment but nothing works, even tried different credit cards but its not helping.

I have the same problem and a have a buddy of mine who had the same. We've been trying for a few months now with different payment cards do, but no luck.

I have the same problem. My problem was region default setting as United Kingdom and I'm in Vietnam and it expected me to enter UK billing address. By the way...after awhile I don't see any apple genius answering question. So it seem like this developer forums for people having problem trying to figure out other problems.

Let's see if they respond to this: Apple Senior Advisor where are you **** head?
