XCode OSStatus error -2147416032

When I want to create ios development / distribution certificate it show error.

The operation couldn’t be completed. (OSStatus error -2147416032.)

Same – I see this in Xcode when working on an old-ish Mac OS X project. "The operation couldn’t be completed. (OSStatus error -2147416032.)"
