iOS 14 Beta 3 install stuck on term and conditions

When I click on agree, the app is stuck on the Terms and condition. I can still use other apps.
Do you have any idea how I could solve this and install the beta 3?

Solved by installing with the installing the beta with macOS via the restore image.

I had the same problem going from Beta 2 to Beta 3. I got around this by doing a factory reset and then re-downloading the Beta profile and then installing Beta 3.

After struggling for 2 days, not wanting to do factory reset, and not wanting to update mac to do install with Mac, finally found the solution.
Just sign out of your icloud and then go to agree terms and voila, it worked. Once updated , sign back into icloud to get back your data.

thanks! logout from iCloud solved the problem also for me.

It's interesting that after logging out from iCloud, the terms and condition page was shown differently. Before was a "new" modal page, the one that shows still a bit of the previous page...after logging out the terms were shown in a full modal viewcontroller. Don't ask me if also the content of the page was different ;)

i tried signing out of my icloud the trying to download ios 14 and i’m still stuck on the terms and conditions after pressing agree

Just in case the answer is spread out, or not clear in other answers,

  • *if you are trying to update, but the screen is freezing up when you try to accept Terms and Conditons, go back to the main settings page, and sign out of you icloud. Then the terms and conditions will work perfectly. Once you complete the update, you can log back into icloud, no need to factory reset!**

I got stuck on the beta, when trying to download iOS 14 it would not let me get past the user agreement. Once logged out of my ICloud it allowed me to pass the user agreement page and it’s now currently downloading. Fingers crossed 🤞
