App Store Connect Log in problem

I have apple developer account but when i try to login to the app store connect the following error message is displayed while account login fails.what will be the reason?

To access App Store Connect, you must be an individual or team member in the Apple Developer Program, or invited by an individual to access their content in App Store Connect.

Sounds like you perhaps made the mistake of using the same Apple ID for more than just your owned Developer Program Account - the backend is thus confused and unable to otherwise bifurcate your login.

Best way forward is to houseclean each use case, being sure to employ strictly unique Apple IDs as required.

If you only use one Apple ID, one account, and you are not on any teams/other accounts, and/or have not used that Apple ID with Xcode's free provisioning in the past, you may need to contact support directly and ask for help clearing the knots.
