iTunes Link Maker is gone

iTunes Link Maker, a tool for generating App Store badges (links to an app on the app store) is not available any more.

The link to this page is being redirected to a new page, and apps can't be found in this new page.

How can I access the tool?

I have the same question. Even in their own documentation, Apple is still saying that you can use this tool to generate badges and links to your app, but it seems like apps are removed from this site. https://developer.apple.com/app-store/marketing/guidelines/
