Problem with XS Max after software update

I had a problem after the upgrade of iOS on my Iphone XS Max. It has gone to recovery mode.

After which I tried to recover with iTunes which it failed I have given to iphone authorised service center even there they could not recover, they said even it is a software problem, apple consider it as hardware problem. Now they are asking to replace with the same model and spec phone for ₹73500 which is much higher price than the market price.

I was feeling that apple is all about experience, but now I feel apple will bankrupt the customer.

I have spoken to Mr Ajay from apple call center. They ultimate reply is they go with what service center has suggested me ie to replace paying ₹ 73500.

Once your warranty of 1 year is over apple fines the customer for buying an an iPhone. I don't have a single scratch or any physical damage on my iphone. Software update made all this issue.
  • Now I could see lot of people reported several problems after upgrade of latest version of software on XS Max

Can anyone suggest me how to go about this. I feel apple has let me down.
