Hi Support,

We are having issues with Facebook login in our app. Do you have any guidelines or instructions for Facebook login implementation? Currently, during our tests in our live iOS Mobile app, users with devices in Cambodia, Japan, Australia, and France are all unable to Login with Facebook. There have been reports of other countries such as Italy and France that are unable to see the Facebook icon as well.

Please advise as this is very urgent.

I think you’d have more luck escalating this via the support channel for the Facebook login code you’re using.
