Agreements module in iTunesConnect inaccessible

Notarization via Xcode fails with a message saying agreements must be signed but the agreements module via App Store Connect never arrives at its web page( only a blank loading screen appears ). I sent a message via their Contact link. This started July 24th for me and persisting through July 25th so far.

Still don't know the cause but it was failing with the latest( 90.0.2) Firefox browser. The App Store allows access to the Agreements if the Safari browser is used.
