Hello to all, I am a private and new user of these works, wanted to know if there is a guide to publish an advancement of the release of my App. The first time it was published by a paid company, I would not want to spend more money on future publications. Google is very intuitive and easy with Apple I can't understand how posting works. Is there any of you experts who can help me?

In new release of App, you explain what its new.
Also look at recently announced evolutions of Appstore, allowing to post events. It may well be what you are looking for.
