Enrollment through the Apple Developer app is not available for this Apple ID

The notice said I have to continue on the website and input my credit card information again.

I have purchased successfully and it is appearing in my subscription list on iCloud.

Should I follow the step on website? I am afraid that it will considered as another purchase and that means I did the purchase twice.
