Flutter iOS app crashes on start from ipa file, but works fine when running from xCode

Hi guys, I got a problem with ipa file and can't locate the problem. When I run app from Xcode everything works like charm, but when I create ipa file and run it from TestFlight or Firebase distribution app crashes on start. I checked logs, but not sure what causes a problem at all. Can you help me?

Why is apple developer not interested in the Flutter framework. Every time we face unsolved issues. No solution we found anywhere. Also, the apple developer did not respond, WHY !!!!! Is apple scared of the google framework, or they don't want to allow them to access it, If it's true be clear to us. We will not work with apple.
