Does apple charge a commission for pay service in app

Hello, i am confused about commission fee. There is 2 situations.

  1. There is some game in appstore, you can buy some coins, health, and so on in in-app purchase. Therefore Apple takes 15-30% commission
  2. There is pizzeria, they have app, where you can order a pizza, and pay with apple pay in app as well.

So Apple takes commission for this purchase or not? And what should i do and use, if i want create pizza app

It's quite simple:

  1. if it's a digital item (app, coin, music, book, video) = in-app purchase 30% commission.
  2. if it's a physical item (food, book, Blu-ray Disc, real life service - taxi, delivery) = Apple Pay / credit card, no commission.

Would booking/paying for golf lessons through the app be considered "real life services"?
