I am adding Apple sign-on for my web app and would like to put the Apple logo there. I can find logos for things like the app store or the Mac logo, but the apple logo resource is nowhere to be found.
Can anyone tell me where to get it?

Try Option + Shift + K
I thought you are just being flip but it turns out this works!. I guess the Apple logo is a unicode character, right?
Unicode has assigned the Apple logo symbol only for a private use, this means only Apple products can use it. In fact in Windows computer it will appear a white box which means that windows can't read it. So it can be any other character that other operating system choose to replace, because there is no a universal unicode character of Apple's logo.
Because there isn't any.

I don't know if you'll find what you are looking for, but you will find some official Apple marketing resources here:
Yes that is what turns up in web searches. It gives logo kids for the app store not just the apple logo itself.
Apple provides several Sign in with Apple buttons... see:

That's a useful page but that doesn't help with web applications.
apple has one in the SF Symbols app. get SF Symbols 4 beta here: https://developer.apple.com/sf-symbols/
