i have configured all neccessary step for integrate in app purchase in my app. Still i get invalid product id when i am trying to get information about product.

There are many reasons for this. Have all your contracts been signed? Did you delete the old builds of your app and log out of the app store before installing a new version from Xcode? Search the forum and elsewhere for some reasons for this error.
