Application keeps crashing intermittently on splash screen for archived builds

The application is archived with enterprise profiles in Xcode 13.1. On the launch of the app, it opens the splash screen for sometime around 15-20 seconds and then crashes. The crash was not filed in firebase.

I tried building with the latest Xcode 13.3 as well but still, the crash happens. I could not figure out what could be the problem. Crash log attached. Any help would be much appreciated.

Note: This crash does not happen in Testflight builds.

During launch is your app doing anything out of the ordinary? For example, loading a large amount of libraries into memory with dlopen during startup?
