I created an in-app event for my app and tried to up load event detail cards. Although the size and format of my images are all correct, the system kept telling me the sizes were wrong. I tried 10801920 and 7201280 but all failed. Has anyone ever run into this problem? Hope to hear from you guys soon!!

Hello! Did you manage to resolve the issue? I have the same one and not sure what to do.
We resolved the issue by changing from the Safari browser to the Chrome browser. However, when uploading a PNG image, we encountered the error message '[Images can't contain alpha channels or transparencies]', which was not shown on the Safari browser.
