Usually iOS app will be reviewed in 24-48 hours, but my app stuck in "Waiting for Review" for over 5 days. What is wrong?

Help! My app stuck in "Waiting for Review" for over 5 days in App Store Connect.
What do you get in Updates history ?
In Appstore Connect
- My Apps
- Select the app,
- Select Update history (or similar text) in General section in the left panel (here in French version):
You can also contact Support.
The app get approved now..app review team saw my post?
