Hello, we're a newly registered company in App Store Developer program. We've successfully performed all the registration steps in May, 2022: we've accepted Free Apps and Paid Apps agreements, filled tax forms, and specified banking account details. All the provided data about our company were approved by Apple.
We have not yet received any payment from Apple. (We expect payments for sales in June and July, 2022.) We believe that banking account details are correct, because we receive payments from other sources using the same banking account details.
Is there any way to check in App Store Connect that Apple has sent us the payments for the previous months? Did anybody else face the same payment issue? How did you manage to solve it?
P.S. We've sent several requests to Apple Developer Reports and Payments support during last month, but we've not yet received any answer. Only automatic e-mails like these "Thank you for contacting Apple Media Services Finance Support. Your request has been received and allocated. You will be notified via email of the progress of your request" or "We’ve received your support request and will get back to you in one to two business days".
