Hello, Build Shows Invalid right after it uploads.

We have no intention to commit any act intended to interfere with the Apple Software or Services, Can I solve this problem if I use Apple Pay?
Since our software cannot be put on the shelves in some countries, can we make our software available for users to download on Testflight for a long time?
