Testflight: "The requested app is not available or doesn't exist"

Starting on Sun Nov 20, I have not been able to install apps via Testflight. Seeing "The requested app is not available or doesn't exist" on my iPhone.

There is a yellow issue under App Store Connect-Performance: https://developer.apple.com/system-status/

Anyone else having issues with Testflight?
