Developer Support - Enrollment Status

Does anyone know how to actually get a hold of developer support? I tried the online form, but all I get when I submit is, "Sorry, you cannot view this page" and when I tried to phone support, the support people can't give me any information about developer support or even give me an email or phone number to call. My enrollment status has been, "Your enrollment is being processed" for almost two months now. Is there anyone that can help me with this?

Having the same issue here. Tried to contact the phone support about 3 times. Each time they wouldn't be able to find any department to help me out or even provide a support email address.

The same thing with my account, since 2 months now I am unable to get my apple developer account. And the payment was successful, they deducted the US$99 from my card.
