Purchased Apple's developer program enrollment under our ABM verified account successfully 2 weeks ago, order status page shows the enrollment was completed / delivered.
When I log into our apple developer account it's asking us to complete enrollment / pay for the service again.
There only option for support for program enrollment is a phone number, which I've called many times and every time they all say there is no way to get developer support via phone. One lady did get me an email address but no response after a week.
How do we resolve this? Just pay again? I don't want to do that because there's probably no way to get the other order refunded...
