Generated IPA shows message: this device does not meet the minimum security requirements

I'm generating IPA file from Xcode in Protected mode. After install the app, shows the message: this device does not meet the minimum security requirements.

The IPAD devices i'm using are not rooted or jailbroken, because others developers are using the same configuration in theirs MACOS to generate binaries, and they are able to install and use the generated IPAs file in the same IPAD devices.
