Dear Apple Support,
I am writing to seek assistance with a problem I am experiencing while uploading screenshots for my app on the App Store. Whenever I try to upload a screenshot, I receive the error message "Something went wrong. Delete the assets and try again."
I have tried multiple times to upload the screenshots, but the same error message keeps appearing. I have also attempted to delete the assets and re-upload them, but the problem persists.
As screenshots are an essential part of promoting my app, I would appreciate it if you could provide me with a solution to this problem. I would be grateful if you could guide me on how to resolve this issue or offer any alternative solutions to enable me to upload the screenshots successfully.
